Terms of Service

By engaging with Wisee PrintPack's services, placing orders, or accessing our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, including brands, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or place orders with Wisee PrintPack.

Wisee PrintPack provides professional OEM/ODM printing and packaging manufacturing services, including:

• Custom packaging design and development
• High-precision color printing (±0.15mm accuracy)
• Premium material sourcing and processing
• Quality assurance and ISO compliance testing
• Global logistics and delivery services
• Technical consultation and support

All services are subject to our production capabilities, material availability, and quality standards.

Order Placement: All orders must be placed through official channels with complete specifications, including design files, material requirements, quantities, and delivery timelines.

Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities apply based on product type and manufacturing requirements. Specific MOQs will be communicated during quotation.

Design Requirements: Client-provided designs must meet our technical specifications. We reserve the right to request modifications for manufacturing feasibility.

Approval Process: All orders require written confirmation and pre-production samples must be approved before mass production begins.

Wisee PrintPack maintains the highest quality standards through:

• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified quality and environmental management systems
• FSC Certification for sustainable forestry and eco-friendly materials
• REACH & RoHS Compliance for all inks and materials used
• ISO 2859 Sampling Standards for quality control inspection
• Triple Testing Protocol including durability, color consistency, and adhesion tests

All products undergo comprehensive quality inspection before shipment. Quality certificates are provided upon request.

Quotations: All prices are quoted based on current material costs, specifications, and quantities. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with balance due before shipment. Alternative arrangements may be negotiated for established clients.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant material cost fluctuations or specification changes.

Production Timeline: Delivery schedules are provided upon order confirmation and are based on current production capacity and complexity.

Shipping Terms: Standard shipping terms are EXW (Ex Works) from our facility. FOB, CIF, and other terms available upon request.

Force Majeure: Delivery delays due to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseeable circumstances are beyond our control.

Inspection Period: Clients have 7 days from delivery to report any quality issues or discrepancies.

Client IP: All client-provided designs, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the client.

Confidentiality: Wisee PrintPack maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client projects, specifications, and business information.

Manufacturing Rights: Clients grant Wisee PrintPack the right to manufacture products according to provided specifications solely for the client's use.

Portfolio Use: With client approval, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Product Warranty: We warrant that products will be manufactured according to approved specifications and meet agreed quality standards.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance in target markets, and proper product usage.

Insurance: Wisee PrintPack maintains comprehensive business insurance covering manufacturing operations and product liability.

Wisee PrintPack is committed to environmental responsibility through:

• Use of FSC-certified and sustainable materials
• Compliance with REACH and RoHS environmental standards
• Waste reduction and recycling programs
• Energy-efficient manufacturing processes
• Continuous environmental impact assessment

Clients requesting specific environmental certifications should specify requirements during order placement.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication and negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with jurisdiction in Chinese commercial courts.

International Clients: For international clients, specific jurisdictional arrangements may be negotiated in service agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Wisee PrintPack reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website.

Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes affecting existing orders will be communicated directly.
